We are looking for an event sales coordinator who has a positive attitude/mindset.
You need to be self-driven and motivated.
Have excellent computer, verbal, and written skills.
You need to LOVE SALES and enjoy giving each client the best customer service.
Negotiating skills a must.
We do a lot of data entry -when receiving a new inquiry we enter the lead- call to make contact – email them the package and follow up with a text.
Your goal is to schedule a tour so we can show the venue and go over the package.
Follow up on old leads and again try to get them to come in and see the venue.
Answer phones- we get calls inquiring on our venue – we collect payments.
We must always have an upbeat attitude and make clients feel welcome and that they are all important.
We make packets and on day of events we guide vendors to their locations.
You have a monthly goal to book 5+ bookings! You must have computer skills and know how to use Outlook, Microsoft word, and excel.
In training, you will be trained to use our CRM EventPro360.
Experience in SALES 3+ years, CUSTOMER SERVICE 5+ Years This job is Full Time Monday thru Saturday you will be off Wednesday and Sunday.
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hourly is $19.
00 per hour plus a 2% Commission on anything you book.
Health insurance will be Availible after 90 days of your employment with my venue.
