This is a newly constructed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom back house in central Highland Park!
Beautiful tall ceilings with skylights, a peekaboo view of the mountains, AC, and a massive soaking tub.
The location is walking distance to both York and Figueroa, and the street is quiet and residential.
The backhouse is in the backyard of a larger front house, there is backyard access to the washer/dryer in the basement of the main house.
The yard is fenced and will be landscaped in the coming months, but has tangerine and olive trees that are fruiting!
There is solar power on the house, and it will be connected once the account is opened for the new tenant.
In the front house are two responsible, community minded women in their 30s, with two dogs who like to enjoy the backyard space.
Very pet friendly, but we can only allow non aggressive dogs after a meet and greet.
If the dogs vibe, this is a great home for a pup.
Every 3 or 4 months we host artist happenings in the backyard (musicians, dancers, animators, filmmakers, etc.
).
This would be scheduled in collaboration with the tenant to make sure the event happens on a mutually agreed upon date.
Hoping to find a quiet, responsible, community minded tenant.

Couples will be considered as well.
Move in date is flexible but looking for someone to move in sooner than later.
Tenant is responsible for gas/electric, internet.
