Automotive Accounts Receivable Specialist

*Automotive Accounts Receivable - Essential Duties* * Pick up all deposits from yesterday’s sale.
* Processes and prepare all checks and cash deposits.
* Processes and reconcile daily credit card deposits.
* File 8300 form in a timely manner and send 8300 letter customers.
* Prepare and mail out Vendor Statement on the 3rd of each month.
* Calls and collect vendors past due invoices.
* Reconcile and receipt vendors payments and statements.
* Maintain organized workstation, file all deposits and AR documents accordingly.
* Comply to all month end deadlines.
* Responsible for identifying & resolving all outstanding items on the assigned schedules.
* Assists in monthly closings.
* Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
* Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
* Other duties as assigned.
