Property management company looking for a bookkeeper to do payroll, pay monthly bills, do postings, balance checking account, and other bookkeeping duties.
When not doing bookkeeping, will work as an admin assistant, doing letters as needed, answering the phone, dealing with potential tenants, tenant work orders, and other admin duties as needed.
The job will start out as part time, but could turn to full time.

The candidate must:
1\.
Be familiar with and knowledgeable of Quick Books accounting software.
2\.
Have at least 5 years experience as a bookkeeper, doing payroll and posting to accounts with QuickBooks Pro.
3\.
Have experience working with a property management company.
4\.
Be able to work independently at times, but must be a team player
