Financial Analyst needed for real estate investment, private fund formation, and asset management.
The Analyst will be a member of our deal sourcing/execution team and will provide support to senior managers by performing due diligence, preparing analysis on potential investment opportunities, and providing support on all related matters as assigned.

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform investment due diligence (including creating and managing due diligence reports and checklists, building and analyzing financial models, and conducting independent research on the investment target)
* Review and analyze offering documents and loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Support deal sourcing process by helping to categorize and track new projects.
* Coordinate internally and externally (lawyers and consultants, etc.
) to ensure the projects are on schedule.
* Support senior management team with necessary data entry and general administration, e.
g.
independent research and memo drafting.
*Requirements:*
* Proficiency in English at a near-native level is a must for this position.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Masters/MBA preferred (Engineering, law and accounting majors are a plus).
* 1+ years of financial investment, real estate or transactional experience is required.
* Understanding of basic Mandarin is preferred.
* Legal, Consulting and Bank Loan experience are preferred, legal training experience is a plus
