Department Description: Within Internal Audit Services, our CHRR portfolio, which stands for Community Health, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle Management, and Research, encompasses a diverse set of business functions within Kaiser Permanente which provides a unique opportunity for interns to gain knowledge in different aspects of the organization.
Our team conducts an array of risk-based internal audits (operational, compliance, and financial) on an annual basis which allows our internal auditors to build subject matter knowledge across all four areas.

Internship Project(s): Support various assurance and advisory projects within revenue cycle management, human resources, community health, and research.

Basic Qualifications: Experience N/A Education Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements: Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications: 3.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
