Accounting Associate Specialist Responsibilities: Manage the account payable for 29+ properties Process end-of-year tax documents for employees and contractors (w2's & 1099s) Process business license filing annually Process payroll bi-weekly Maintain efficient records and filing systems Perform additional duties as assigned Accounting Associate Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of accounts payable experience Experience with OneSite financial suite desired Background in property management accounting is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to thrive under pressure Physical and linguistic proficiency in English Sound credit history reflecting financial responsibility and reliability Background and credit checks are required in our drug-free environment Benefits: Vacation time, sick time, medical, dental, and life insurance We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
