Full-time in-house accountants (Chinese Mandarin huge plus) (1 La Habra - 1 Irvine)

Business owner looking for TWO accountants to do several tasks for various companies.
Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin huge plus because a lot of financial documents are in Chinese Mandarin and because the business owner is most comfortable with Chinese Mandarin since he is a native speaker.
You must be able to do the following competently, detail oriented is a must: ** Accounts Payable ** Accounts Receivables ** Payroll ** Manage monthly billing ** Prepare bank reconciliations ** Prepare credit card reconciliations ** Contract billing ** Prepare expense accruals ** Prepare P&Ls ** Prepare aging reports ** Maintain accounting records ** Bank deposits ** Assist with preparation of financial statements and/or other management reports, including special requests for financial statement information ** Produce monthly financial statements and internal/external reports as needed/requested ** Review general ledger account activity to ensure financial statement accuracy ** Quickbooks proficient ** Excel proficient Please send resume with hourly rate requirement.
