The Finance Accouniting Associate supports the Finance and Accounting functions for the organization.

You will Calculate and distribute monthly incentive reports to office managers for eligible employees Complete training of ALC’s commission software, Distribute monthly incentive payout calculations to HR by the monthly deadline Generate monthly performance metrics and reports for ALC’s incentive program Assist other members of the Finance Department in completing tasks for monthly financial close process in accordance with company’s period close calendar Audit and allocate monthly Momentum, DAT, Macropoint, Lyft, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Syncada, Indeed and other assigned AP invoices Manage and maintain the Wireless Lines Record Work together with other members of the Finance Department as a cohesive and coordinated team.
