Junior Accountant

_*REQUIREMENTS: *_ - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or similar programs - Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis - Ability to work independently and as part of a team _*RESPONSIBLITIES*_: - Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports - Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Conduct financial analysis and assist with variance analysis - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems - Other duties as assigned.
