The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for routine clerical processes required to produce timely and accurate payrolls for COH and subsidiary companies.
This position will serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and performs duties necessary to assist with overseeing the data integrity .
**This is a hybrid position with regular on-site work required**
As a successful candidate, you will:
Work extensively with leave of absence payments.
Have a solid understanding of payroll tax deductions.
Audit API reports and advise departments of possible errors.
Prepare bi-weekly payroll balancing controls.
Distribute Payroll reports.
Your qualifications should include:
Post High School Vocational or Specialized Training
(experience may substitute for minimum education requirements)
4 years accounting experience including 2 years minimum payroll experience.
Data Processing experience.
Coursework or training in Principles of Accounting, Business Mathematics, Payroll Procedures
