This position consolidates Supply Chain strategies into financial plan and financial forecast and prepares variance analysis.
This individual is the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Finance teams and is expected to maintain confidentiality of financial data and transactions.
This position is the key contact for the implementation of Supply Chain Finance strategic initiatives at the Americas zone level.

Consolidates Supply Chain strategies into financial, manufacturing cost plans and monthly financial forecast by working closely with respective Functions.
Provides insights/recommendations, both in actual results and forward-looking forecasts; focus areas are supply chain costs, including logistic costs, Capital spending management, inventory management and compliance.
Presents monthly financial, manufacturing costs / KPI reporting to Supply Chain Leadership Teams.
Assists in preparation of Supply Chain Annual Operation Plan/Budget.
Supports the regional supply chain team in decision-making through financial and costing recommendations and analyses including but not limited to Capex, financial and manufacturing cost evaluations, sourcing studies, benchmarking exercises; drive cost savings with Supply Chain leadership team members as well as forecast gap closures, drive business waste initiatives/action plans, and lead cost deep dives.
Monitors cash elements within Supply Chain Finance scope (Capex & Stocks).
Monitors and identifies financial especially manufacturing cost improvement opportunities on all initiatives developed to deliver productivity and optimize efficiency in Supply Chain.
Works with demand & supply planning teams to monitor stock obsolescence, proactively manage and minimize aged stocks.
Assists in developing financial and manufacturing cost modeling to support decision making for Senior Management as requested.
Performs other duties and projects as required or assigned COMPETENCIES Problem Solving Drive for Results Managing & Measuring Work Building Effective Teams Motivating Others SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have any directly reporting employees in the Accounts & Finance Function.
In case if there are direct reports, the Finance Manager – Supply Chain must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each major responsibility satisfactorily.

EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of related progressive financial, Cost Accounting, planning and analysis experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
Certified in CPA/CMA is strongly preferred.
Demonstrate strong and solid hands-on experience with managerial and financial accounting.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and ERP system is required; SAP experience is a definite plus.
Fixed asset experience is highly preferred.
Must be organized, dependable, punctual, professional and with the ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently with cross-functional teams to achieve established goals.
This position requires working overtime as necessary.
LANGUAGE SKILLS The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
Bilingual speaking in English and Mandarin/Cantonese will be helpful for the individual to communicate with headquarter overseas.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS The individual must be able to apply mathematical concepts such as probabilities and statistical inference to forecast annual sales and budget.
The individual must apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
