Accounting Specialist

```Duties``` - Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to debits and credits, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial report writing.
- Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Assist with corporate finance activities, such as budgeting and financial analysis.
- Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate calculation of wages and benefits.
```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
