General Accountant

A manufacturing company located in the City of Monrovia California has an opportunity available for General Accountant.
We are looking for a motivated, very detail-oriented, self-starter.
Responsibilities include: • Manage Accounts Payable • Manage Accounts Receivable • Manage other bookkeeping duties including journal entries, monthly close, bank reconciliation, and credit memo/returns • Manage payroll disbursements • Assist with human resource matters • Assist with inventory management • Prepare memos, invoices, and other reports • Assist in the daily shipping process, when needed • Ability to document new or update existing procedures Requirements include: • Microsoft software (Word, Excel) knowledge MUST.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities • Written and verbal command of the English language • General accounting experience is a MUST.
