Job Duties:
*Accounting*
- Monitor and maintain company AP email account to ensure timely actions
- Process credit card and AP transactions by following company approval, posting and filing procedures
- Download, file statements for credit cards and vendor accounts, and ensure they’re reviewed, posted and reconciled timely
- Reconcile company bank account monthly
- Maintain spreadsheetto track vendor account information, payment methods, etc.
- Assist with maintaining spreadsheets to track various company assets
- Other tasks that may be assigned by accounting supervisor
*Office*
- Handle incoming calls, mails, shipping and receiving
- Copy, scan and file documents as needed
- Price compare, order and maintain office supplies
- Print and ship Arc Flash Labels for Engineering group
- Assist Office Manager with other office duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
- College degree in business, accounting, or related field
- Experience in office environment, accounting experience preferred
- Self-motivated, organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (MS office), QuickBooks experience preferred
- Valid driver license with clean DMV record
- Capability to carry and lift items that can weigh up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings on occasion if needed
