Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
What you’ll do:
As a Controller, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of our organization.
You will be responsible for keeping accurate records of financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and creating budget plans.
The Controller will also be a key member of our leadership team, providing financial guidance and advice to help the organization reach its goals.
We are looking for an individual with strong accounting skills, a passion for financial accuracy, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly reporting and reporting to parent company, as well as planning and forecasting processes
Analysis of industrial and warehouse accounting in compliance with the group reporting structure
Assumption of controlling for industrial related departments as a business partner
Preparation of target/actual and variance analyses and preparation of the corresponding comments
Deliver accurate reporting and provide meaningful variance analysis (material variances, labor variances, absorption)
Analyze production costs to identify trends and create cost saving strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information, address inquiries, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Management of fixed assets and posting entries related to addition, disposal and depreciation.
Stock control and inventory analysis
Ensure correct codifications of expenses are in line with company standards
Ad hoc reports and assignments as needed
What you need to be successful in the role:
Master's degree (M.
A.
) or equivalent
4 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Sitting or standing at a desk while using the phone and computer
Ability to periodically work overtime
