```Duties```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies
- Perform technical accounting research and provide recommendations for complex accounting issues
- Oversee the general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting requirements
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Review and reconcile payroll transactions to ensure accuracy
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g.
, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication in Chinese and English with interpersonal skills
