*Responsibilities:*
* *Process accounts payable transactions (e.
g.
, invoices, payments, reconciliations and adjustments).

* Maintain accurate and timely records of in-transit inventory, expense reimbursements, real estate accounting and other accounts payable activities
* Analyze and verify accounting data and reports for accuracy and completeness
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting and auditing
* Perform other accounting duties and analysis as assigned
*Requirements:*
* *Based in Los Angeles, work in office M-F*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* Relevant accounting and data analysis experience
* Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
* Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
* Analysis and reporting skills

* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
