A successful candidate must have the ability to learn new software and have at minimum two years of payroll processing experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data entry, processing payroll, answering questions, taking phone calls and detailed notes, updating payroll and project management systems, and research.
The payroll specialist position works closely with implementation, tax, and benefit teams within our organization and must possess excellent verbal and communication skills.
This position will also require proficiency in understanding and interacting with multiple software systems.

* Experience and interest interacting with software
* Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
* Work effectively as a team
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
*Education and Experience*
* 2 years of payroll experience at HCM firm
* Experience with iSolved a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $22.
00 per hour
