Accounting Specialist (Bilingual Chinese)

* Liaise with Branch / Business Unit to ensure invoices are matched with purchase orders and processed in a timely manner.
* Ensure efficient and accurate processing of Accounts Payable documents in a timely manner.
* Manage weekly and monthly payment runs in accordance with company procedures.
* Prepare debtor statements and weekly/monthly debtors report.
* Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
* Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
* Maintain an accurate electronic and hard copy file of invoices for easy reference.
* Report unusual Accounting Receivable and unusual Account Payable.
