```Duties``` - Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements - Prepare and submit tax forms and filings - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Perform general administrative tasks as needed ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks - Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements - Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles - Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting - Familiarity with debits, credits, and basic tax concepts - Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
