*Job Description:* We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with the ability to manage payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Handle accounts receivable, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
* Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, expense classification, and vendor payment management.
* Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
* Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and workflows.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
