```Duties```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Conduct account analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or Xero
- Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
