*Job Summary* We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who has relevant experience in accounting and finance.
The ideal candidate for this position can speak both *Mandarin and English* fluently.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and our executive management team *Responsibilities:* * Monitor integrity of inventory and billing process * Month-end reporting * Maintains and posts accounts payable invoices * AR/AP * Monitors employee expense reimbursements * Processes bi-weekly timesheet for payroll * Assists HR Administrator with various HR duties * Benefits (insurance) Administration * Audit prep * Interface with other businesses' accounting department * General office duties as needed * Other tasks and projects as assigned by CEO *Qualifications and Skills:* * Certificate in Accounting and/or one to two years related experience and training; Or equivalent combination of education and experience * Administrative experience, preferably in a startup environment * QuickBooks and Microsoft Office and Excel * 2 + years accounting experience, an accounting certificate preferable * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines * Ability to adapt quickly and learn new software and procedures * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Strong computer skills *Benefits:* We offer competitive compensation, full-time employees benefits and the opportunity to work with field experts on the cutting edge of healthcare.
