Tooling manufacturer seeking Accounting Clerk to help in the accounting dept which currently has 3 members.

-Reliable work attendance, must be punctual
-Able to complete assigned daily tasks independently
-Able to communicate between management and staff
-Understand confidentiality, maintain privacy of sensitive information
-Knowledge of Quickbooks, Word, Excel, emails
-Human Resources related experience is desirable
-1 year of Quickbooks and Excel experience
-Able to start work ASAP
Summary of Job Duties to be shared with other staffs in accounting dept

-A/R duties include order entry, generate packing slips / shipping labels, email invoices / statements, receive payments, bank deposits, collection, filing
-A/P duties include enter and pay vendor bills, order supplies / materials, reconcile bank statement, reconcile credit card statements
-help answer inbound calls
-assist another dept with customer request for quotes
-help will-call customers
-correspond with customers on order status
-able to carry 25 lb
-assist office team with other duties as needed
-work hours Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM (may adjust slightly to correspond with business cycles)
