We are a Southern California based Real Estate Management and Investment Company looking for a hardworking and motivated individual.
The candidate must be reliable for a full-time financial/accounting analyst assistant position.
*Job Description:*
-Responsible for monthly rent rolls and reconciliation, tenant billings, Appfolio (real estate database)
-Update quarterly investor reporting, and annual budgeting.
Quarterly reports include management write-ups, lease termination analysis, loan maturity analysis, ROE and CAP rate analysis etc.
-Interact with property managers, accounting group, lenders, government officials to meet various operational needs/requirements
-Assist in re-financing, buying and selling properties when required
-Assist with completing special projects when needed
-Reconcile annual building operating expense increases
-Process tenant move-outs
*Qualifications*
-Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Math and/or Economics
-Strong communication, analytical, and computer software skills (mainly Excel and Spectra – Real Estate -Database)
-Must be well organized, self-motivated, comfortable with numbers and interested in property management
-0-2 years of experience
