After a record-breaking year with over $1,000,000 in sales I'm looking to partner with the right people for our team to double it this year.
I work for a private insurance company, and I sell/provide insurance remotely working with US Veteran groups.
Partnership looks like this, you have no lead costs (no selling to friends and family), I help train you by watching me and my team work (we read a script and make phone calls) and you make about $.
50 of every dollar you bring in.
Most of our deals are $1,000-2500 so you should make $500- $1250 a day.
Once you do that consistently I will promote you and have you help train the some of our new hires in which case you will make about $.
25 of every dollar you train them to make.
Most of us train/work 9 am- 6 pm Monday-Friday but you can actually see clients 8am-9pm every day in whatever time zones you are working in.
most sales people love weekends.
You send me your resume.
I ask my staff to go over it and decide whether or not register you for our company overview.
After the overview you’ll get a link for a final group interview.
It's educational sales so I deal with all kinds of people.
The company has been around for 73 years, and has great ratings and the most hands-on training you've ever had in your life.
If during the interview it appears that you may not be the right fit we part ways.
PERKS: - Work from home with team office support - can actually buy things that you want - health insurance reimbursement - life insurance - leads are WARM and you don't ever have to pay for them - no cold calling - lifetime Residual income - consistent awards - team oriented - dance parties - promotions are always from within and based on hitting goals - 6 multiple figure income potential I want the best.
It's probably not most of you.
The purpose of this ad is ONLY to find the right people to join my team.
If you aren't looking to grow About me: I'm 33, I've been with the company for a few years, had no experience after college but worked hard listened to my trainer and was put into management in my first year.
My 2nd year I sat as a guest on the board of directors because I had new people making more in their first 6 months than other places in the company.
This last year I was asked to build and expand our Veteran Division to duplicate myself so more of our veterans are seen in a timely manner and find the next group of leaders for the company to continue to grow and create a culture of fun and excitement.
I enjoy sports and am a retired athlete, I am here because I love seeing my team be successful.
I can work with anyone who has a dream Who "shouldn't" send a resume: -someone who wants to work in a cubical -someone who can't take constructive criticism.
-someone who who wants to be comfortable and poor.
-someone who can't think critically.
-someone who can't.
.
.
(You know what I'm trying to say) If you do not have a life and health insurance license please do not purchase a random course if we think you would be a good fit we have discounted licensing to help you.
Please Respond with “Dream team” a little bit about yourself and your resume.
Good luck.
