Duties:
Contact leads to set appointments.
Conduct “Design Consultation” meetings with customers to go over their vision for their home project (including outdoor living spaces/pool and spa).
After assessing the customer's needs and expectations, create a design presentation and contract packet.
Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval.
Schedule follow-up meetings with clients to secure the contract.
Be present on the first day of construction, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
Build referral relationships.
Exceed customer expectations.
