As a supplemental billing clerk you will be creating supplemental billings and credits for employers participating in the Trust.
These supplemental billings and credits are a result of various adjustments including overages and shortages, credits from the employer, seasonal billings, and rate increases.
You will also be responsible for:
Researching and creating supplemental billings/credits
Pursuing refunds of improper contribution
Sending out notification letters to employers and local unions
Reviewing accounts for supplemental billing
Processing account closures and prepare closure files
Answering follow up questions from employers and local unions
