We are looking for a *Payroll Administrator/ Accounts Payable * that will oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, and accurately, and the entire company is in compliance with government regulations with Payroll , Safety, and HR policies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
* Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
* Audit records and reports of payroll transactions.
* Complete weekly accounts payables
* Ensure weekly accounts receivables is collected and completed
* Track all company inventory
* Tracking all fleet expenses
* Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, payroll taxes, Hr policies, up to date on all law changes.
* Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
* Processing and maintaining all workers’ compensation claims, unemployment requests, FMLA and leaves of absences.
* Track and handing out devices to all employees
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Quick books,.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
* Five years of HR experience or payroll experience
