Junior Accountant Ontario Job Title: Junior Accountant Designfusion is looking to add a Junior Accountant on a 12-18 month contract basis.
Responsibilities Support with the full cycle of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Perform various billing/invoicing duties Correspond over phone and email with vendors and customers Record adjusting journal entries Data entry into excel, QuickBooks and other software programs Ad-hoc accounting and administrative support Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Basic accounting knowledge Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 2+ years of relevant experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping position Organizational skills and ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail
