Our Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for all accounts receivable activities to include preparation, review, and maintenance of records and providing support to customers.
Specific Job Function:
Process accounts receivable transactions, including download sales orders from various platforms and post orders to the system
Posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price differences, returns and other chargebacks to customer accounts timely and accurately
Prepare bank deposits
Process Credit and Debit Memos
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on any outstanding balances
Collaborate with internal teams, including order department, customer service, marketing to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
Research and process refunds, resolve payment discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 years’ experience in the field required.
High degree of accuracy
Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.
