Fast growing accounting firm is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties.
Job responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, handling payroll and payroll related reports, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical and time management skills.

PREFERRED/REQUIRED SKILLS
-Minimum 6 month to 1 years working experience at a CPA firm with fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time.
CPA candidate preferred but not required.
-Excellent written and verbal communication.
Great interpersonal skills.
This position requires constant communication with different clients.
Able to speak Chinese a plus, but not required.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Quickbooks
-Ability to handle full-charge bookkeeping duties for multiple clients.
-Ability to review trial balance, make adjusting journal entries and prepare financial statements
-Prepare quarterly and annual sales tax returns and payroll tax return
-Have experience in preparing corporate tax and individual tax return with Lacerte.
