You will work closely Operations, Sales, and the Executive team to assist in the strategic growth and development of the company.
Our ideal candidate will be able to develop strategies and goals to reduce risk and increase overall revenues.
You will have the ability to, and expected to drive new ideas, programs, and reporting within the Finance Department.
This position is on-site at our Irwindale corporate headquarters.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Applies cash, credit card, check and wire transfer payments to accounts
* Reconciles customer accounts
* Investigates and resolves issues with proper application of cash receipts
* Creates and maintains office reports
* Inspects and reviews chargeback and retrieval cases
* Balances daily cash receipts against lock box totals
* Assists with audits as necessary
* Participates in month/year-end closing
* Recognizes and reports any bad debt, billing, or collection issue
* AR/AP assignments
* Display strong customer service with internal and external departments as well as customers
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance experience
* Knowledge of accounting experience / processes and procedures / GL experience
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Business Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experienced and proficient QuickBooks, GP, and other ERP systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record - keeping
*\*Mandarin speaking preferred but not required.
