Come join our team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: In this role, you will be our go-to member and resource for handling end of lease issues and providing documentation and resources to accounts receivable collectors.
Every day, you will consistently monitor end of lease reports, manage end of lease requests, emailing return authorization requests, and supporting accounts receivable with various documentation.
To thrive in this role, you should have a customer service mindset, a winning attitude, and enjoy keeping things in order.
WHAT YOU NEED: Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
