Accounting Supervisor

Most of the customers are Fortune 500 or public companies in the US and Europe.
Impro has been experiencing phenomenal growth, the Company is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join our LA team.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Ensuring compliance with US GAAP; * Knowledge journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly and year-end close processes; * Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts; * Prepare financial reports, maintain financial records and GL accounts; * Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP and IFRS; * Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments and generate reports to be submit to the senior management team; * Liaise with customs brokers on customs clearance relating to import shipments; * Full involvement and support in audit process; * Perform other tasks as delegated by the company from time to time.
*Requirements:* * 5+ years work experiences in accounting or finance management fields in industrial manufacturing/Import-Export related environment; * SAP or equivalent system experience is a plus; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; * Strong communication skills; * BILINGUAL (English & Chinese Mandarin) is a must; * Self-motivated, organized, with good analytical and problem-solving; * High attention to details and accuracy; * Proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $80,000.
