Bookkeeper / Short-term Basis

*Starting Hourly Wage: $ 22.

* *Company* : Wholesale/Importer of hair accessories and apparel company specialized in the motorcycle industry.
*Looking for Bookkeeper to enter all journal entries into Sage Peachtree accounting software.
* * Record and reconcile daily transaction details (bills/expenses, online transactions, credit card transactions) into Peachtree * Other Accounting/HR tasks as needed * Contact customers for late payment remittance * Check EDD and IRS websites to be sure payroll taxes have been paid to both * Preparation of all tax schedules and work papers for year-end audit/reporting and 1099 return *Skills Necessary:* * Must be proficient in Peachtree (Sage), Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * MUST know journal entries * MUST have 24 months of ACTUAL book-keeping experience * Detail-oriented * Do tasks with a sense of urgency * Good communication skills * Trustworthy and punctual * Strong interpersonal skills No Resume = NO Consideration No Actual Book-keeping Experience = NO Consideration Job Type: Temporary Pay: $22.
