AP/AR - Office Clerk

one year of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Education: * Candidates with a min.
bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience: * Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable or a similar financial role is beneficial.
* Familiarity with construction industry billing and invoicing processes and contract terms is preferred.
Skills: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
* Strong analytical skills for reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in using accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of relevant accounting principles.
* Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a plus.
Communication & Customer Service * Effective communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve payment issues professionally.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other finance and accounting team members.
