*Job Description*
*Job Type:* Full-time
*Compensation:* $28.
00 an hour
*Responsibilities:*
* Verify & maintain the accuracy of daily transactions and vendor/customer records.
* Issuing invoices & posting bills in a timely and accurate manner.
* Check and follow up for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
* Prepare & generate monthly financial reports.
* Bank reconciliation and other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)
* Detail Oriented and well organized
* Able to work in a fast pace environment
* 1 year experience in accounting (Preferred)
* Bilingual Mandarin a plus but not required
* Degrees / Certificate in Accounting or Finance is a plus
