Overview:
Credit Analytics & Reporting, reporting to the FVP, Head of Credit Analytics & Reporting, and supporting Chief Credit Officers and Chief Risk Management Officer, Senior Credit Supervision, Investor Relations, and other Bank executives and groups.
Position is responsible for the development of credit risk analytics and reporting for the Bank.
Role will implement Bank’s credit risk framework, which includes monitoring and analyzing portfolio trends, concentration limits, key risk indicators, and risk ratings, as well as producing various management and regulatory reports.
This position collaborates cross-functionally with various departments (including Credit Risk Supervision, Investor Relations, Accounting/Finance, Treasury, Relationship Management teams, Operations & Technology, and Enterprise Risk Management) to analyze and report findings with actionable recommendations that positively impact the Bank.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating credit portfolio reports and analysis for Management Committee, Senior Executives, Board of Directors, Regulators, and Business Lines on a recurring basis
Analyze credit performance of loan portfolios (by business line, product type, industry, geography, etc.
) to identify trends, understand drivers, and communicate findings to appropriate parties
Develop and manage dashboards and tools to enable users to understand, analyze, and report on credit risk in loan portfolios
Manage key projects and initiatives to enhance existing or create new processes within the Bank’s credit risk framework
Monitor key risk metrics, risk thresholds, portfolio concentrations and trends of loan portfolios and manage reporting to track and communicate results
Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and communication with various business units to accomplish objectives and streamline processes
Collect, prepare, and provide clear and accurate information as requested by or for auditors and regulators, including addressing regulatory actions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in credit, lending or data analysis, including general knowledge of commercial and retail loan products
Power user of SQL and Excel; proficient in MS Office; PowerBI and Tableau experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of management across various departments
Analytical and critical thinker with expert problem-solving skills
Strength and focus on quality and attention to detail with strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong project management, process improvement, and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is USD $90,000.
