Global Intertrans is a freight forwarder and logistics provider delivering a complete set of services including import, export, air, ocean (FCL and LCL).
We are looking for an experienced full-cycle accountant to join our team!
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform full-cycle accounting duties including AR, AP, and check deposits, bank reconciliation
* Reconcile monthly statements with oversea agents
* Generate monthly OP commission
* Prepare weekly cash flow projections
* Prepare Monthly end and Year-End Financial Statement
* Working closely with the sales team, OP team, Co-Loader, and Customers daily to make sure freight is released timely
* Responding in a timely manner to customer or vendor’s request on payment status
* Handle Payroll
* Human Resources
* Assisting in continuous improvement of systems and procedures
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the management
*Job Requirements:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
* Prefer to have 1-3 years of experience as a staff accountant in the freight forwarding industry
Pays attention to details
Strong computer Skills
Bilingual (Chinese and English)
